  1. DPL will occur weekly except for holidays and special events.
  2. Poker clock starts at 8:00 p.m.
  3. Membership Dues:
    1. $40 per player that included a year PAD membership ($10) and admission for 19 poker games fee ($30). Membership due by February 5, 2016.
  4. Registration:
    1. Door opens at 7:00 p.m.
    2. On-time registration ends at 7:45 p.m.
    3. Chips will be handed out before 8:00 p.m. poker kick-off.
    4. Late registration ends at 8:20 p.m.
    5. No entry in the tournament after 8:20 p.m.
    6. Players entered during late registration period will be seated during the breaks: Seating players between 7:46 p.m. – 8:25 p.m. during break at 8:20 p.m.
    7. No one will not be allowed to cover another player to hold his/her seat. Each player must be present to be seated.
  5. DPL Membership:
    1. DPL membership eligibility:
      1. Anyone is welcome to join/play in the league as long they know basic sign language to communicate at all times.
    2. Benefits of DPL membership:
      1. Your name and ranking of any games played will go into DPL website and represent yourself.
      2. Opportunity to compete with other DPL members for the tournament each week, top 5 games, and the championship round.
      3. Your support to keep DPL going by covering the cost of cards, chips, and everything.
      4. Opportunity to make suggestions to improve DPL.
    3. Point system:
      1. 1 point per member present.
      2. For top 5 games leaders, point leaders (2) of the five games in total and reset every 5 games.
      3. Need to participate at least 10 games to qualify to play in Championship round (Pick the highest 10 games points only).
      4. Top 18 players of the season get to compete for the remaining DPL Membership Fund in the championship round.
    4. Prizes:
      1. First place for the top 5 games will receives $100; second place receives $50. The money come from the DPL Membership Fund.
      2. Top 18 players of the season will compete for the remaining DPL Membership Fund in the championship round.
  6. Tournament Fees as follows:
    1. Entry Fee is $30.00
      1. $20.00 to tournament prizes.
      2. $10.00 to the DPL Membership Fund.
  7. All players will begin with a chip stack of 17,000 chips.
  8. No re-buys or add-ons.
  9. All table rules will be the same as the rules created at WSOP.
  10. No-rabbit hunting is allowed.
  11. Open to the public.
  12. Show excellent sportsmanship. No cheating allowed! Consequences on players caught cheating will be based on each individual case.
  13. Showing/mucking cards will incur a penalty of sitting out for 10 minutes for 1st time, and then if it happens 2nd time on the same night, there will be a penalty of sitting out for one full round of players at your current table.
  14. No weapons allowed.
